If after a temporary period you wish to offer the candidate a permanent position, this comes at a flat fee depending on the length they have been working for you. This solution is ideal for warehouse workers, retailers, hospitality staff and security staff

The most cost-effective solution for companies that require a large level of continuous resourcing, such as logistics businesses. We have worked successfully for years with very small to multinational large organisations, including Amazon, Evri, UPS, DPD and Yodel partners amongst many others. OUTBOX covers all the advertising costs to attract talent as well as the qualifying interviews and provides daily or weekly submissions of applicants ready to attend in person interviews at the client site. Prices work out as little as £130 per person on our Genius packages

Do you offer any guarantees? 

Unlike other recruitment agencies, we guarantee we won't rehire any candidates we have placed with the client whilst still employed by the client or you will get 100% of the fee refunded. 

What happens if you don’t find me a suitable candidate? 

We guarantee to find suitable candidates with any retainer options and offer complimentary replacements if any candidates you decide to place leave within a certain period of time even outside the retainer period. Our non-retainer prices are only payable once a successful placement takes place (we do not charge any upfront non-refundable fees unlike other agencies). 

Do you offer refunds? 

Our terms and conditions contemplate rebate options and complimentary after-sales care for your peace of mind. 

Where do you advertise? 

Your positions will be advertised in over 50 job boards and social media channels including specialised boards if the position required it. 

Can you offer discreet services? 

We never reveal the company name to a candidate unless we believe they have the potential to be hired and are put forward to meet you. 

Will you be sending me many CVs? 

No, our role is to save you as much time and resources as possible. We will receive many applications, sift through the CVs to assess the best potential candidates, interview them to ensure they fit your requirements and only suggest 1-3 people for you to meet. 

What does your fee cover? 

Market and recruitment strategy advice, job ad creation, marketing and advertising of the position, dedicated account management by your preferred line of communication, cv sifting, telephone and/or virtual interviews, candidate profile summary and submission. Our fee doesn’t reference checks, DBS checks or onboarding. Please consult with us if you require a HR additional service, this is something we can help with for a small fee.
